A quaint film shot in 2022 off the back of the whimsical Piano Suite in B♭ by Ted Riley — thereafter called A Day in the Ordinary after the film was made. Directed and shot by street photographer Ryan O'Meara, a longstanding friend of Ted's from when they worked together at Sony Music until 2023.
The film centres on scenes in East London, offering a street photographer's character portraits of everyday life. Aiming for the romantic and whimsical, it frames these characters in a warm light — inviting the viewer to bathe in the beauty and longing of simplicity in the day to day.
